The Robert W. Carbonaro School celebrated the 100th day of school on Feb. 24. As is the school’s annual tradition, kindergarten through second-grade students marched through the hallways singing “Today is the 100th Day of School.”
In their classes, children counted 100 objects, made necklaces of 100 Fruit Loops and colored “100” glasses. Kindergarten students read “Pigs in Hiding,” then had to find 100 paper pigs hidden around the classroom. Children also brought in bottles filled with 100 objects, and gave their classmates three clues to guess what was inside.
