Credit cards stolen from a Toyota in Oceanside

A purse containing several credits was stolen from a parked, unlocked 2007 Toyota outside a home on Bellevue Avenue in Oceanside after 9:20 p.m. on June 22, then the credit cards were used to make multiple purchases at several stores, Nassau police said.

A woman, 37, parked the vehicle and then a man opened the door and took the purse, according to police. He then went on to use the credit cards in tandem with another man. They were traveling in a white cargo van. 

One of the men is white, 6-1 with a medium build, long braider hair, a goatee and tattoos on his left arm and right hand.

The other man is black, six-feet tall with a medium build and has medium length braided hair.
