After months of rehearsals and days of pre-show jitters, it was finally time for audiences to get onboard as Malverne’s Howard T. Herber Middle School presented their rendition of the Cole Porter musical “Anything Goes.”

The drama club staged three performances, one on Jan. 20 and two on Jan. 21, where they entertained their audiences with their singing, dancing and acting. Their take on this classic musical comedy brought waves of laughter to the auditorium.

And the actors weren’t the only ones whose talents were on display. From the world-class stage design and costuming to the picture-perfect lights and sound, the stage crew ran a tight ship that brought the production to life.

The district is proud to give a standing ovation to all the students, staff and faculty that worked hard to make this theatre magic happen.
