Fog/Mist Celebrating Purim in Hewlett

Chabad of Hewlett celebrated Purim with a party at SKA on March 4. Children dressed in costumes depicting the holiday’s heroes such as Queen Esther and Mordechai.

More than 500 people took part in the Chabad of Hewlett’s Purim celebration at Stella K. Abraham High School for Girls in Hewlett Bay Park on March 4.
There were an array of activities such as face painting, mask making, hamantash decorating, along with dancing and singing, a balloon artist, an Israeli-style dinner, prizes for the best costumes and photographs at the “Western Wall.”
