Hempstead Town Clerk Mark Bonilla on Saturday March 13th attends the Spring C.A.P. Program at Baldwin Park Baldwin. The C.A.P. Program is a program to provide parents and children (ages 5-12) fun-filled afternoon working together to complete an exciting craft project. The Program features the creation of beautiful household decoration.
