Malverne student gets on-the-job training through Barry Tech

JoAnna Gandolfo, a student from the Malverne Union Free School District, who is studying Early Childhood Education at Nassau BOCES Barry Tech, gained valuable work experience during her internship at Our Lady of Peace Preschool in Lynbrook. Barry Tech is dedicated to connecting its students to career-related work experiences for credit. Many opportunities exist for students to reinforce classroom learning through different types of experiential programs.
