Five Towns students earning a place on the dean’s list

Atlantic Beach resident Remy Mollo was named to the fall semester dean’s list at Seton Hall University. After the close of every semester, undergraduate students completing all courses with a grade-point average of 3.4, with no grades lower than C, qualify for this honor.

Ryan Germain, of Woodmere, was one of the more than 380 Mount Saint Mary College students who made the fall semester dean’s list at the upstate Newburgh school. The academic is awarded each semester to students who have carried at least 12 graded credits with a minimum semester GPA of 3.5.

New York Institute of Technology announced 545 students were named to the fall semester dean’s list at the school in Old Westbury, including Catherine Melgar and Max Perez, both from Inwood, and Hewlett resident Kameline Pavez. Melgar is majoring in architectural technology and Perez is studying electrical and computer engineering. Pavez majors in advertising, public relations and technology.
