Local lawyer joins Genser Cona Elder Law team

East Meadow resident David Carl has recently earned the title of associate attorney at Genser Cona Elder Law.

Carl concentrates his practice in the Health Care Reimbursement and Recovery department, handling guardianship proceedings and litigation, from initial investigations to witness preparation to trials and hearings. He routinely practices before the Supreme Courts of Nassau County, Suffolk County, all boroughs of the City of New York and numerous upstate counties.

Prior to joining Genser Cona Elder Law, Carl was Deputy Bureau Chief for the Department of Social Services Office of the Nassau County Attorney. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
